This range of manual slide valves for powders has been developed specifically to meet the requirement for an emergency isolation valve. The slide plate can be fitted with a standard nylon handle for normal push or pull operation, or with a striker plate for emergency use when downstream equipment needs to be isolated for maintenance or repair.
The aluminium alloy body and 304 stainless steel slide plate run on nylon 66 adjustable supports, allowing the valve in standard form to be used across a wide range of industries including chemicals, plastics and foodstuffs.
Maximum operating temperature is 120°C.
